Amanda was my realtor, and Riley was my closing agent. I give them an A+ for several reasons. One - Amanda was always on point and very helpful. She listens and understands the purchase of a home is a big deal. She answered every question I had over the time we spent together looking for new home in Athens. She did her research and had the facts and figures to make her points. Very professional. But more importantly she cared about my home purchase. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. I HIGHLY recommend her for your home purchase in the Huntsville Al greater area. She will not disappoint. Riley worked just as hard to follow up on all the details to close the deal once we decided on the new home. She had all the answers and was extremely polite and very well informed. She went above and beyond just what was required, she made my closing a pleasure. My husband and I worked with Tracy, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. We decided on a new build but weren’t in the area and Tracy made sure all of our questions were answered in a timely manner as well as photos sent.
