We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated, ambitious buyer agents to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will consult with and guide clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience.

We have the systems, training, resources, and support team to help you reach your full potential in real estate sales with a proven track record. This straight commission sales position has unlimited income potential. Responsibilities Include:

• Lead prospecting

• Client database management, e-mail/text/phone communication

• Consult with clients to discover their property wants and needs, then find properties that meet those needs

• Write and negotiate contracts

• Fill out and submit required paperwork for all sales

• Hold open houses

• Attend team huddles (daily) and meetings (weekly)

Qualifications

• Current Alabama real estate license – prefer at least 5 closed transactions

• Completion of WizeHire Assessment and application questions (candidates who do not complete these steps will be disqualified from consideration)

• Positive attitude and high motivation to succeed

• Conducts business with a high level of integrity

• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members

• Thrives in a team environment

• Is willing to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

• Pledges to maintain a structured work/life balance

• Maintains a reliable vehicle and means of transportation at all times

Compensation $90,000+ straight commission
